Choose your service, pick a date and time, review my booking policies and pay your 50% deposit online. You'll get a confirmation email right away with everything you need, including a link to manage your booking.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. It goes toward your total, so it isn't an extra charge. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. I accept card, cash and Apple Pay. You can also pay your balance online from the link in your confirmation email.

I'm in Jacksonville, Florida, and see clients by appointment only. For privacy, the full address is shared after booking, in your confirmation email and on your booking page.

No worries, bestie! My schedule can sometimes be adjusted, and I may be able to accommodate your preferred time. Send me a request from the contact page with the times that suit you. All requests are subject to confirmation.

Yes. You can reschedule online with at least 48 hours notice, using the link in your confirmation email or the Manage a booking page. Inside that window, call or text me and I'll do my best to help. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice forfeit the deposit.

Please arrive on time. There is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit forfeited. If something comes up, message me as soon as you can.

No-shows forfeit the deposit and may be restricted from booking in the future. I value your time and mine.

Each service page lists its own prep. In general: come with clean lashes (no mascara) and minimal eye makeup, skip retinoids and exfoliants on the area for 5 to 7 days before skin and brow services, and avoid caffeine if you're getting lip filler or blood work.

Most clients come back every 2 to 3 weeks. For a fill, at least about 40% of your extensions should still be on; if fewer remain, I'll recommend a full set so your lashes look full and even.

Lip enhancements and the PRP Microneedling Facial are booked by request after a consultation, so we can review your health history, screening and consent first. Use the Request appointment button on the service and I'll be in touch.

Yes. After booking you'll get a link to a short digital consultation and consent form. It takes about 3 minutes and helps me keep every treatment safe and personal to you.

My thank-you for coming back. Every completed, paid appointment of $50 or more earns a stamp. After 10 stamps, you get a complimentary service up to $100. Medical and injectable treatments are excluded, rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable and can't be combined with other promotions.
