Privacy policy

• Your account: name, email, mobile number, and your birthday if you choose to add it. Your password is stored only as a secure hash.
• Your appointments: the services you book, dates and times, notes you add, and your booking history.
• Consultation forms: your answers to the health and skin questions for certain treatments, and your typed signature. These are only used to keep your treatment safe.
• Payments: amounts, deposits and refunds. Card and Apple Pay details are entered directly with Stripe or PayPal; I never see or store your card number.
• Messages: anything you send through Messages or the contact form.
• Glow Card: your completed visits and rewards.

To book, confirm and remind you about appointments, take deposits and balances, prepare for your treatment, answer your messages, and run the Glow Card. If you opt in, I may email you about openings and offers; you can turn that off any time in your account. There is no advertising tracking in the website or the app, and your information is never sold.

A few trusted services process information on my behalf, only to run bookings:

• Stripe and PayPal for payments.
• Resend to send booking emails.
• Vercel (hosting) and Neon (database) to run the website and app.
• Apple Wallet, only if you add your Glow Card or an appointment to Wallet.

The app uses the same account as the website. It keeps your sign-in in the iPhone's secure keychain, and it doesn't use your location, contacts, photos or tracking. Wallet passes contain your name, visit count or appointment details, and a code Anna scans at check-in.

You can update your details in your account, or in the app under Account → Your details. You can delete your account at any time from the same place: your sign-in, contact details and Glow Card are removed straight away. Past appointment, payment and consultation records are kept as long as needed for business, tax and treatment-safety reasons. Your information travels over encrypted connections and access to the admin is limited to the studio. Services are for adults; please don't create an account if you're under 18 without a parent or guardian booking for you.
