Booking policies
Please read through my booking policies before confirming. I value your time and mine.
Deposits & payments
Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Balance
The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. You can also pay it online from your booking link.
Payment
I accept card, cash and Apple Pay.
Non-transferable
Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Rescheduling & cancellations
Rescheduling
Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule.
Cancellations
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit your deposit.
No shows
No shows will forfeit your deposit and may be restricted from booking in the future.
Appointment day
Location
Full address will be provided after booking.
Arrival
Please arrive on time. There is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit forfeited.
Prep before
Come with clean lashes (no mascara), minimal eye makeup, and avoid caffeine if you're getting lip filler or blood work.
Consultation
We will go over your goals, discuss any concerns, and make sure you feel comfortable and informed before starting your service.
By request services
Lip enhancements and the PRP Microneedling Facial are booked by request after a consultation, so we can review your health history, screening and consent first. Every client fills in a short digital consultation and consent form before their visit.
If you’re unwell or have a cold sore, infection or sunburn on the treatment area, please message me before your appointment.
