Prep before
Before your appointment
- Stop retinol, retinoids and exfoliating acids 5–7 days before your facial.
- No waxing, threading or laser on the face for 1 week before.
- Avoid sunburn and tanning for 1 week before.
- Arrive with a clean face if you can — I'll take care of the rest.
- Let me know about any new medications, pregnancy, or recent skin procedures.
Good to know
Rescheduling & arrival
- Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit your deposit.
- There is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit forfeited.
