Prep before
Before your appointment
- This is a request-only treatment — I'll confirm your screening and consent before booking.
- Stop retinol, retinoids and exfoliating acids 5–7 days before.
- Avoid blood thinners, aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil and alcohol for 24–48 hours before (unless prescribed).
- Drink plenty of water and eat a meal before your appointment.
- No sunburn, active breakouts or skin infections in the treatment area.
- Not suitable during pregnancy or while nursing.

Rescheduling & arrival
- Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit your deposit.
- There is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit forfeited.
