Before your appointment
- This is a request-only treatment — I'll confirm your screening and consent before booking.
- Avoid alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil and vitamin E for 24–48 hours before (unless prescribed) to reduce bruising.
- If you're prone to cold sores, let me know in advance so you can talk to your doctor about preventive medication.
- Not suitable during pregnancy or while nursing.
- Arrive with clean lips — no lipstick or gloss.

Rescheduling & arrival
- Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit your deposit.
- There is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit forfeited.
